We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who want to be part of our team and provide our guests with a magical first encounter and an unforgettable experience at NOVI Resort. If you love taking care of people and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our reception is bustling from morning to evening with many varied tasks. Our booking is open daily, where we assist guests with all the information they need to plan their stay with us.

Job Description:

• Check-in & check-out.
• Guest management & service support.
• Booking of our activities.
• Guest information about our Resort and what Gotland has to offer.
• Booking & support for accommodation.
• Responding to incoming emails and booking inquiries.
• General support regarding NOVI Resort.

Qualifications:

• We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience with hotel booking systems is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Enjoy providing high service & giving our guests a magical first encounter and an unforgettable experience at NOVI Resort.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
